  9. The Software Product ("SOFTWARE") comprising of
  10. program files, data files, documentation, images
  11. and other components, distributed as a unit is
  12. owned by Andreas Kyriacou and is protected under
  13. UK copyright laws and international treatise.
  14. Title and related rights in the content accessed
  15. through the SOFTWARE is the property of the applicable
  16. content owner and may be protected by applicable law.
  17. This License gives you no rights to such content.

  19. SCOPE OF LICENSE

  21. Andreas Kyriacou grants you a license to use the
  22. SOFTWARE  for a trial period of 30 days in order that 
  23. you may ascertain whether the SOFTWARE meets your
  24. requirements. After the 30 day trial period you must
  25. pay the license fee as described in the SOFWARE
  26. documentation in order to continue using the SOFTWARE.

  30. Andreas Kyriacou expressly disclaims any warranty for the
  31. SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE and any related documentation is
  32. provided "AS IS" without warranty or condition of any kind,
  33. either express or implied, including, without limitation,
  34. the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability,
  35. fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
  36. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the
  37. SOFTWARE remains with you.

  39. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  41. Under no circumstances shall Andreas Kyriacou or his suppliers
  42. be liable to you or any other body for any damages whatsoever 
  43. including, without limitation, incidental, direct, indirect,
  44. special and consequential damages, damages for loss of business
  45. profits, business interruption, loss of business information, 
  46. or other commercial loss arising from the use of the SOFTWARE 
  47. even if Andreas Kyriacou has been informed of the possibility
  48. of loss.

  51. PROHIBITIONS

  53. You are not allowed to modify, translate, reverse engineer,
  54. decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, rent, lease, or grant
  55. a security interest in, the SOFTWARE other than by permanent
  56. transfer of the license as descibed below.

  59. RE-DISTRIBUTION OF THE TRIAL SOFTWARE

  61. The trial version of the SOFTWARE may be freely
  62. distributed provided that it's component files
  63. are intact and unmodified and that none of the files
  64. which comprise the distribution are missing.
  65. You may NOT make any charge for the distribution,
  66. other than costs of preparing the distribution media.

  68. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS AFTER FEES HAVE BEEN PAID

  70. This license allows only one person to use a single copy
  71. of the SOFTWARE on a single computer at any one time.
  72. If the SOFTWARE is placed on a network or other system
  73. which allows concurrent use by more than one user, then
  74. a license fee must be paid for each person who will use
  75. the SOFTWARE.

  77. COPIES AND REDISTRIBUTION AFTER FEES HAVE BEEN PAID

  80. software, files, registration codes, and documentation
  81. may be distributed to any third party. This license may
  82. be permanently transfered to a third party along with
  83. the original distribution media, registration codes
  84. and printed material as long as all copies of the
  85. software and related files are removed from your
  86. computers.
